FAQ-1. What is an Audit Programme? |
Audit Programme feature is a planning checklist where Audit activities/areas can be planned and assigned to each Audit team member. An auditor can later enter the extent of verification, provide verification remarks and provide approval for a particular audit area. |

FAQ-2. How do I assign a particular Audit area to my team member? |
In the Audit Programme sheet, set the option ‘Set/Alter Client & Auditor Details’ to Yes. A Client/Auditor Details screen will appear. Fill in the required details and mention your team member’s name against Audit Team and save. |

FAQ-3. Can I define a new area of audit? |
Yes. A new area of audit can be defined.

FAQ-4. Can I add a new team member from the Audit Programme screen? |
Yes, there is an option to add a new team member from the Audit Programme screen by moving the cursor to Verified By column and selecting New from the list of Audit Team. |

FAQ-5. Is there an option to copy an Audit Programme? |
Yes, you can copy previous year’s or another company’s Audit Programme into your current checklist. |

FAQ-6. How do I copy an Audit Programme? |
From the Audit Programme sheet, click Copy Program from the Status Bar or press Ctrl + O to copy the whole checklist. |
