How to view the Purchase Bills Pending report?

Answer

To view Purchase Bills Pending report :

Go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Statements of Inventory > Purchase Bills Pending

Note:

• Show Outstanding Purchase Bills : This indicates Receipt Note with tracking no. is passed but Purchase Entry is not entered.
• Show Cleared Purchase Bills : This indicates Receipt note with tracking no. is passed and Purchase Entry is tracked with the tracking number. and cleared the Receipt  note.
• Show Bills Recd. but Goods not Recd :This indicates Purchase Entry with tracking no. is passed but Receipt Note is not entered.
